How to Order
Your online order is 100% secure and guaranteed. If you ordered an items that is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your merchandise to obtain an authorization return number.

Packages returned COD will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the unaltered merchandise with all of its original package, EverydayEpiphanies.com will issue a credit, exchange or refund for the value of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable for packages that you ship to us that are not insured!

Please send your purchase back to us in it original packaging & insured and we will give you an exchange or a full refund.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for ground services within the continental United States. Orders are normally shipped within 3-4 business days, unless noted otherwise on the item page.

We charge an additional $3.85 for Priority Mail, which takes an average of 2-3 business days and allows delivery to every address in the United States.

Our standard policy is to replace any damaged orders if we receive notification within seven (7) days of delivery. Extra charges apply for special insurance, express mail and international shipping. Please
contact us if you require any extra shipping options at the time of making your payment.
